Presenting a Lesson: Coffee High School Honors Economic Class

| May 10, 2017

This morning I had the pleasure of visiting Mrs. Cathy Latham's Honors Economic class at Coffee High School in Douglas, GA. It was an honor to present to young, eager students that shared a passion for exploring economics. To start the morning off, I spoke to these students about Bernard Baruch, an American financier, stock investor, philanthropist, statesman, and political consultant. I also spoke about various types of investments and how working together is an important part of a successful plan to achieve goals. Achieving goals is an important piece of upward movement. Together, we spoke about the importance of paying yourself first and understanding financial importance early on in life. I truly enjoyed the opportunity I had of sharing my education and knowledge with the future leaders of our economy! It was a pleasure and I wish the best of luck to all the students of Mrs. Cathy Latham's Honors Economic class at Coffee High School.
